Refund policy
This refund policy applies to all purchases from us unless stated otherwise.
At GLAMADE, customer satisfaction is our priority.
We offer refunds and replacements in accordance with the Australia and Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Policy.
Please read this policy before making a purchase, so that you understand your rights as well as what you can expect from us in the event that you are not happy with your purchase.
Change of mind
Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges on unwanted items or change of mind.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return on defective or damaged items, please send a photo of defective or damaged items and any other relevant information to customerservice@glamade.com.au
Any damaged product must be returned in the condition it was in when you received it, together with any packaging and other items for which you received the damaged product. You’ll also need the receipt for proof of purchase.
Shipping costs for returns
In the event that a product you purchased fails to meet one or more Consumer Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law we will bear any costs of shipping the said product (the "Returned Product") back to us.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
